Private consultations
Private consultations on one-to-one basis, take place either in person, via telephone, or by video call: whichever is most convenient and comfortable for you.
Consultations provide you with the chance to talk about your health and wellbeing needs. Together we will identify positive and achievable goals, and plan on how to reach them. Whether it is just a one-off session, or you need longer-term support, you will be supported to make informed decisions about your ongoing needs and achieve your goals.
How it works
After you have got in touch and we have arranged an appointment, I will ask you to do some preparation before we meet: a 3-day food diary, a detailed health history, and a lifestyle questionnaire. I will use this information to prepare for our session and helps us make the most of the time we have together.
When we meet, I will take you through a full assessment of your health and ask questions about your relevant medical history. You will have plenty of time to talk through your concerns – without judgement or pressure. If required, I can also refer you for additional tests.
This ensures that I will be able to provide practical evidence-based recommendations and personalised support. We will talk through the plan together and I will also share written dietary information. Where needed, I also offer referrals to complimentary services.

Payment is due in full before appointments.

Cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact me up to two business days before and we can arrange a new time to meet. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation or no-show fee, which will equal the full consultation fee due to the costs involved.
Sometimes last-minute cancellations are unavoidable due to illness or emergency and, as such, this will be taken into consideration before charging a cancellation or no-show fee.
Our goal in communicating this cancellation and fail to attend policy is to avoid any extra charges being passed on to you as the patient. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
